Born and raised in Claudy, I experienced the Troubles and their aftermath first-hand. Tears of the Angels draws on that knowledge to explore grief, undiagnosed PTSD and the line between justice and revenge.

In developmentReturning to Northern Ireland for childhood friend Paul’s wedding, recently widowed expat Robbie witnesses a brutal attack that kills Paul and awakens buried trauma from the Troubles. As police fail to find answers, Robbie is drawn into an investigation linking Paul’s killer to the bombers who destroyed his childhood. Consumed by grief and PTSD, he seeks revenge, only to face doubt, violence and a final fatal confrontation with the priest he believes responsible.
